Are your notifications ?ACTIVATED? Double Down tells how you to enable notifications, but I couldn't find a page dedicated to making sure they are ACTIVATED. Here's how to do it: 1. Open Double Down Casino app 2. Click the menu button, top right, next to your chip amount 3. Under settings, look for 'mobile notifications' and 'email newsletter' and make sure to opt in 4. Once you're opted in, "ACTIVATED" in green will appear with a check mark ? Now you are guaranteed to receive free chips given by DDC to your mobile device AND receive the email chips. You can forward your DDC emails to our code poster, Luna at [email protected] if you would like to become one of our 'code faeries'!!

When collecting promotional codes from us, you will see we post several kinds of codes. The codes come from email, social media, and notifications. On this article, I will solely discuss the notification codes and why some people struggle to claim them. The notification codes sent in Facebook we are able to copy the link and extract the promotional code, which can be redeemed by multiple ACCOUNTS, but not redeemed multiple TIMES by the same account. So.. with that being said, if you click on one of our notification code links and receive this message: "It looks like you have already used this promo code or it has expired." It means you have already redeemed the code. Please do not message us regarding these links - even if you think you have not redeemed anything outside of our website, we cannot help you or make your account redeem the link. They either work for you, or they don't. It does not mean the link is broken or is fixable. Luna actually used to place a disclaimer on each notification post alerting it may not work for everyone, but people still did not acknowledge it and continued to report the links as if they are broken. If you send us a message regarding notification links - I am just going to link you to this article. If you are adamant you have NOT redeemed any notification codes, and still receive an expired error, then you will need to contact DDC and have them look into your account. Hello community, I would like to clarify a common theme I am noticing when people are attempting to report 'broken codes', 'broken links', etc. It usually always begins with this sentence.... "link XYZ didn't work for me". There is a massive difference between links simply not working, and links you have already redeemed. If you click on a link, and you receive this pop-up: It DOES NOT mean the link doesn't work. The link does work - you just aren't eligible to redeem it, likely because you already have, or it has expired. We cannot do anything about this. Please do not contact us for support over this issue. If you click on a link, and you receive this pop-up: https://i.ibb.co/5s5Y5gB/Capture.png Just try to redeem the code a little bit later. We can only redeem so many codes before reaching the limit. The link is having issues redirecting you back to the game to redeem the prize. THIS is something we CAN fix. If you need to contact DDC, it's best to include every piece of information in your first point of contact (opening the ticket) so they can begin to amend your issue right away. They don't want to spend a lot of time with the back and forth of gathering info - much like us here at DDPCshares when we are trying to help you. So, I thought it might be a good idea to create a template, or checklist rather, of info needed when contacting DDC. The options for opening a ticket are: - Say Hello! (if you would like to chat with DDC about their services and products) - Technical Issue - Purchase Issue - Submit Feedback (if you have your own ideas or suggestions for their services and products) - Issue with a promotion - Emails (having issues with receiving emails or still receiving them after opting out) I will walk you through creating a ticket for Technical Issues, Purchase Issues, and Issue with a promotion. Once you have selected your reason for contact, fill in the form until you get to the (Description*) box. This is where you will explain what your issue is, and it is very important not to leave anything out. Take note of what my checklist is asking for and gather the info. Then, copy and paste my checklist into the description box and fill it out there. You can copy the whole thing or just choose what you think is most relevant to your issue. Hello, everyone! I have noticed a few times that when people reach out to us for help, they really mean to reach out to Double Down Casino but feel like they don't receive a reply from them. Double Down Casino uses a ticket support system which actually goes beyond just simply sending them an email with a question and getting a reply. Let's take a little walkthrough together. You will want to look at the top right hand where it says "Sign In" and "Submit a Request" Click "Sign In" and login with your Facebook OR by an email, however YOU play the game. It can be different for everyone.
