I have noticed a few times that when people reach out to us for help, they really mean to reach out to Double Down Casino but feel like they don't receive a reply from them. Double Down Casino uses a ticket support system which actually goes beyond just simply sending them an email with a question and getting a reply.
Let's take a little walkthrough together. Here is the support link:

Here is what the homepage looks like. You will want to look at the top right hand where it says "Sign In" and "Submit a Request"
Click "Sign In" and login with your Facebook OR by an email, however YOU play the game. It can be different for everyone.
You will get to this page:

Once you have logged in, click on "Submit a Request".

The form will load to create the ticket. Pick the best topic that describes your issue.

Once you have submitted your ticket, you can see it under your 'activities'.

The tickets you create with them will show up here. I have blanked out privacy information, but you will notice the status of your ticket here. This is where you check for replies from DDC, and if they were able to resolve your issue. Here is what an example looks like of a solved ticket and an open ticket (still waiting for a reply).
