There are several ways to get to the HELP CENTER for DoubleDown Casino support:
• 1: https://doubledowncasino1.zendesk.com (if this is your 1st time, you might be asked to log in using Facebook).
• 2. If you are logged into the game using the Facebook app, just click the "NEED HELP" link down on the bottom right hand side of game screen.
• 3. You'll then be asked to log in with Facebook and that will load the game using their direct website (not the Facebook version of the game). Then just click the NEED HELP link again on the bottom right of game screen and now that will take you directly to the HELP Center.
• 4. If you are already logged into the game via their direct web address: http://www.doubledowncasino.com on your computer or laptop, then you just click the "NEED HELP" link at the bottom right corner of the page and this will take you directly to the Help Center Support page.
At the top of the Help Center page you will see: FAQ - Contact Us - My Support - Language
Click the CONTACT US link and SUBMIT a CONTACT. The Ticket System enables you to directly submit a support ticket to a technical specialist whose expertise matches your inquiry. You can track the status of your ticket in My Support.
Once you have submitted your Ticket to Support, you will receive a "CONTACT CREATED" email confirmation from DoubleDown Casino Support (sent to the email address you use to log into the game). It will include your CONTACT information and a message letting you know their goal is to respond back to you with in 12-24 hours. They will also provide a direct link to the TICKET you submitted where you can check the status of it.
When a response is given by DoubleDown Casino you will then receive another email from Support which will include the outcome (their response) to the Ticket you submitted.
If you wish to provide FURTHER information (to reply) back to DoubleDown Casino after they respond to your ticket, you can do so by clicking the link to your TICKET in the email, this will take you to the HELP CENTER page where it will show your CONTACT SUMMARY for the ticket (same message as the email showed). They will also provide a link that say's "PROVIDE FURTHER INFORMATION". You can keep doing this until the TICKET is CLOSED.

4. Proceed with filling out each section required
