I use the link and the box appears with the coins, but they do not go into my bank?

Why are the chips not loading? When you redeem a code...do not forget to click on the pop up box (computer) if you X it out...you won't get coins. Used to come in automatically when page opened...but not anymore! Now when you get the pop up box showing you the amount of coins, you MUST click Continue on Computer and also on phone, I believe it says Okay.
