Issues With Switching Accounts

Hi all,
For the past little while a few users have reached out to me having issues switching from one account to another. If you use multiple Facebook accounts to play DDC, you may have run into this issue before, as well.
Here are some suggestions I have to help solve the issue:
- When you are finished collecting chips for one account, completely log out of your account from Facebook. Then, log into your other account, so when you go to collect chips, you're already logged into the other account and you should be able to redeem the chips again.
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies, as they are used to store login information. If your browser is remembering your other account, it could cause redirect issues.
- Use incognito / private browsing. When using incognito, it does NOT store cookies and cache, which may make it easier if you are consistently using multiple accounts to play.
