What recent update? And no not having any trouble but a friend plays on ipad/tablet and is having trouble for a couple days. Has been in touch with DDC. That would be a good thing to do.

I can no longer play DDC as it is slow now.(lags, slow loading) .. All my other sites are just fine.. just DDC.

I am also on an IPad and have noticed severe lag. It has been happening for about the past two weeks just Double Down. Hopefully the problem will work itself out they usually do

We have had reports from members that tablets are doing this jerking thing. Wishing ipad and tablet peeps good luck. All the codes all the time www.ddpcshares.com working fine!

my lagging problem is on my PC only. (using chrome).. I can play on my samsung tablet okay..

Well you are the exception. tablet people are having big issues that ddc is trying to fix. I use pc no issues. Be sure to write them. Try using a different browser and for sure delete cache. Good luck.

I had some issues on my pc. I cleared cache and rebooted and the issues disappeared. If they don't disappear, contact DDC as Blondie suggested. It's their issue, not ours.

I did clear cache... rebooted and nothing changed. I did send a ticket in to DDC ..no response yet (other than the standard "we have received your request".

Are you on a computer? I am not having any issues? I heard ipad was but it was better?

Yes on my PC, windows 10, google chrome. Weird I can get the daily gifts from friends just fine(speed is the normal speed and not jerky).. just when game loads slow and spins very jerky and slow. I use my samsung tablet at nite..no problem there.

I'm sorry to hear you're having this difficulty. We've been looking into similar reports, and many players have found that the troubleshooting steps below helped to resolve this behavior.
Please try the following instructions and let us know if we can be of further assistance.
First, you will either want to copy and paste OR type the following into your URL field: chrome://flags/#ignore-gpu-blocklist
How to copy and paste if helpful: 1. Copy: After selecting one or more items using your mouse or keyboard, press Ctrl+C. The information will be copied to the clipboard. 2. Paste: Select a destination by clicking on an area (or by placing your cursor in the position where you want the information to go), then press Ctrl+V.
You will see some highlighted text that reads "Override software rendering list"
Directly to the right, you will see the word "Disabled" when selected it will show "Enabled," select "Enabled."
You will see a "Relaunch" button show up at the bottom of your page, select that.

After performing those steps, try once again to access the Casino: https://apps.facebook.com/doubledowncasino/
