Can someone explain how Guest Accounts can win or place in tournaments, I have gone to Doubledowncasino.com and if you play on a guest account you get 200K chips and can't enter tournaments. I recently have had some decent showings in tournaments, only to be edged out by a "guest" and when you look at the standings after, quite often there are guests in the payouts.

Those are not players using the "GUEST" account option to play in the tournaments since like you stated, you can not play in the tournaments using the GUEST feature.. So these are actual FB accounts where people used the name GUEST for their accounts (most likely a 2nd account or dummy account for the person), which btw is against FB TOS...

Normally one could think that would be the case...Except that if you click on Guest on the leader board in any value of slot tournament, you will find that the "guest" has 800 chips, and is a level 3, with total winnings of $-999,200.00.
I don't think that is a coincidence. I would consider that these might be Double Down "shill" accounts that take an additional rake off the tournament than the standard 10%.

Ok I think I may know what is happening, as I just logged into the game on my iPhone and chose the GUEST option to log in and from the mobile app, it does let you enter TOURNAMENTS (unlike on a pc GUEST option, where it does not let you).

But I just entered a tournament to see if it worked under the GUEST account on my phone and it did!! So I bet all guest accounts have the default setting you are seeing from your pc when you click on that GUEST in the leader board (which shows the 800 chips, level 3 etc).. Not sure why DDC hasn't disabled GUEST accounts from entering tourney's in the Mobile version of the game, like they have on the pc?
