Black Screen

Several of you reported getting a black screen when logging into game. DDC has reported that Double Down Casino does not work well with Internet Explorer. To have a better experience you may want to upgrade to Google Chrome browser.

Also those of you with Windows 7 may begin to find issues with DDC and need to upgrade to higher level computer. Many of the newer functions are not supported by Windows 7 and below. Also older ipads.

Black Screen is also associated with too much cache. Time to delete/clear cache.
