Promotional code box

I'm using an ipad to play the dd games but have lost the promo code box so can't use the codes given for free chips. It disappeared recently. Have tried deleting the app then reinstalling but still missing. Any ideas to get it back? I've also deleted it from iCloud and tried again but still in luck. Frustrating!

DDC REMOVED the promo code box for what ever reason from the MOBILE/iPad app, so until they resolve the issue there is NOTHING you can do except use a computer to redeem to the codes..
