Have Comcast and now can't play :(

Hope I am posting this in the right section. Please forgive me if it's not. My problem is this: I moved from one state where I had Verizon Fios and played daily on DD. I moved to another state and had to get Comcast and now I can't play. I just recently took a 1000 mile trip down to FL and was able to play in FL and also in hotel along the way. I have a desktop and a laptop and neither will play DD, just says Loading. I've tried different web browsers (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome) and does not allow me to play. I've contacted Comcast and they said it wasn't their problem as I am able to connect to internet. I can play on my IPhone 5 but my hubby and I want to play using our computers.
