Question about levels.

I play everyday. I usually just use free chips, but I occasionally buy chips when there is a 2x or 3x chip sale. My question is how long should it take to move up a level. I've been on level 16 for months now it seems. Not sure I am getting credit for my play...

Once you reach the higher levels like 16-17-18, etc, it does take A LOT LONGER to ever get to the next level. I've been at level 17 for what seems like forever. But I do see the bar move ever so slightly forward, so it does work, just takes awhile to reach the end...

I think we should get free chips for going up a level too.

I have been on Level 16 forever also. In fact, I can't remember when I got to level 16, it's been that long. In fact, when I play on my phone, it shows that I am at full on level 16, but when I play on my laptop, it shows I am only about 5/8 of the way through the level. I play, and play, and play...no change that I have noticed. I think it has taken me 6 months to go from halfway to where I am. It sucks!!! I don't think I am getting credit either, but it does show that I have moved from halfway to about 5/8ths, so I must be earning credit somewhere.

I noticed that fire opals does not increase your play counter. Can someone look into this?
