Has anyone ever won big in a tournament and then not been paid the winnings? I placed 1st in a Cleopatra tournament on 1/17/2013 and won $294,400,000 and I am still waiting to have that amount added to my chip total. Very frustrating to say the least.

Yeah, I won 100m once. It took a day or so for the tourney to end. WHat happens is the tourney is still active until most of the spots are filled. If it was a 500 person tourney then it might not end until 400 players complete it. I find with the bigger bets, like 100 million buy-ins it can take a week or more for the payout to show because not many people will play that type of coin.

Check your tourney history. Does it specifically state you won? If so, enter a small tourney like 100k or so, what that will do is sync your chips to the DDC servers. See if that helps any!

No, the tournament ended and it was posted that I placed 1st out of almost 500. It was just shy of the full payout of $300,000,000 for that tournament which was a $3,000,000 buy-in for a 500 player megaprize. It has been 3 days and still no payout.

I have contacted support and sent screenshot 3 times and they just keep telling me I will have it in 48 hours. I am waiting for another reply from them from yesterday and this morning.

Definitely STAY PERSISTENT & keep on them!! I had the same thing happen to me last year & after numerous messages back & forth while also playing the waiting game, my payout finally did get credited to my account!!
So don't give up!!

Yahoo! finally got the $296,400,000 chips for that tournament this morning. I persisted and sent support 2 or 3 e-mails a day. Guess they got tired of me.
