I am not sure how many of you have experienced this, but I am sure that there are quite a few out there. I am in the middle of a game, it loses connection, and all the chips I bet are lost. When I reconnect, it doesn't credit me back so I am out those chips. It wouldn't be a problem if it weren't for the fact that I am disabled and on a fixed income. I have to save up to purchase the chips I use.. and the games I play, I usually bet the max... so I am losing 120,000 at a pop when it happens. I can't tell you how many times this has happened to me now. I guarantee that I have lost several million chips with this problem.. and I am getting to the point where I am about to stop playing on this site. I don't want to, but it is getting ridiculous losing these chips...and since I am buying them.. the money. I have sent in a support ticket on this issue because I have had it not credit me with the chips a couple times and have lost too much money trying to buy the chips so I can play game with my friends.
The final suggestion is that there needs to be a discount code available to those of us that are disabled or are living on fixed incomes. It would be nice to have the ability to double or triple the chips that are bought without having to wait for a holiday.
