problems with tournament wins?

Just curious if anyone else has a problem collecting their tournament winning chips...I didn't receive any of mine yesterday, and so far none have been credited for today's win. I did send a report to DDC this am, so hopefully they will make it right. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

I had a problem once in a hi lo tourney after a week, it was explained that even tho I was LO, I had 1 more secret spin. I lost that tourney because I did not use all my spins before the time ran out.......................

Wondering if anyone else has this issue. I play the tournaments. I've asked for help with this issue 4 times. Playing the DaVinci tourney tonite for 1M chips I get a bonus. Before bonus I always look at my chip count. Won the bonus and get my winning chips, then the next spin, it takes them away. Happened for both bonus' for that one tourney. Probably cost me a win to place. This has happened before and DoubleDown tells me it must be a connection issue that it doesn't take the chips away, but I keep having the problem!
