Levelling Up Issues

Hello,

Am wondering whether someone can help please. I have been stuck on level 16 for almost a year now, and my points have remained the same.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, as well as clean my cache on my browsers, but it still does not make any difference - Does anyone know a way to fix this? I should have levelled up a long time ago - but it wont happen.

Not sure if you are aware of this... But shortly after DDC got the level bar up and going again, they STOPPED showing your status/progress on the actual GREEN BAR itself.. Now you have to click your profile image in the game and it will show your progress and how far you have to go to get to the next level (as well as the #'s of where you are at followed by the # you need to reach to level up)..

Oh and if you happen to play the MOBIL app version, well DDC made a change to the level bar on it and the level bar actually shows you right as you playing each time you move up (which is sorta distracting) but that is another way you can see your progress...

Also the higher up levels (16 & UP) do start taking quite a bit LONGER to reach the end... But if you check your status & as you play you should start seeing those #'s moving up and progressing... If you don't then that is something with in the game itself and on DDC's end.. So HOPE this helps...
