Nice to post this here! There is where you can get your frustration out knowing they will read it!
Re: Double Down behavior
Well I would love to say it all to them, but when i try to submit a complaint, it seems to be having technical difficulties!! figures!!
Re: Double Down behavior
I have been a volunteer on an online bingo forum for many years and the concerns of the DDC players here bring back many unhappy feelings with me. These online games are here to make money. As long as they are making money our concerns will fall on deaf ears. If the players at DDC want to see a change.... DO NOT PLAY!
There IS power in numbers!! Never doubt it. No online gaming site, whether free or pay, can afford negative feed. The more posts that are done about any subject, good or bad, the more the search engines will bring them up to prospective depositing players when they are looking for a new place to play.
I personally believe that the paying players are the focus of the management of the games. Although I do realize it is mandatory for them to make money, the games should be fair and honest, as if we were actually playing for real money. Regardless of what kind of games we play, free or pay to play, the center of ANY online gaming site is their customer service. They work for us .... right?
I have also worked customer service at an online bingo site. There are scripts for the "canned answers" that, more than any other emotion, leave the one submitting the complaint, ticked off. The more we publicly show how outraged we are by the shabby treatment of customer service at any given site, the more they will have to listen. I respect this forum and what they have done and are doing to to try to help players gain a contentment at DDC. I will follow the rules and not trash them.
There are many ways to get your point across without being offensive.

Not real sure if you thought I was being offensive or if you are just in general stating that. I thought i was being tasteful, however truthful. No real way to sugar coat when you are disgusted with a company and you tried to resolve matters quitely and respectfully, but was ignored or not acknowledged for your complaint.
Re: Double Down behavior
you were not being offensive or the topic would have been locked as the official point of this area is as follows:DOLLFACE wrote:Not real sure if you thought I was being offensive or if you are just in general stating that. Re: Double Down behavior
Sorry to make you feel uneasy Dollface. I was speaking in general.
Re: Double Down behavior
I agree with Dollface. The one time I did get an answer from DDC they said that they run their site just like a real casino, but I fell that if you get ahead that you are targeted to lose so you might buy more chips to lose.
