The codes come from email, social media, and notifications. On this article, I will solely discuss the notification codes and why some people struggle to claim them.
The notification codes sent in Facebook we are able to copy the link and extract the promotional code, which can be redeemed by multiple ACCOUNTS, but not redeemed multiple TIMES by the same account. So.. with that being said, if you click on one of our notification code links and receive this message:
"It looks like you have already used this promo code or it has expired."
It means you have already redeemed the code. Please do not message us regarding these links - even if you think you have not redeemed anything outside of our website, we cannot help you or make your account redeem the link. They either work for you, or they don't.
It does not mean the link is broken or is fixable. Luna actually used to place a disclaimer on each notification post alerting it may not work for everyone, but people still did not acknowledge it and continued to report the links as if they are broken. If you send us a message regarding notification links - I am just going to link you to this article.
If you are adamant you have NOT redeemed any notification codes, and still receive an expired error, then you will need to contact DDC and have them look into your account. Again, we cannot help you with this, you will need to speak to DDC.
