Argghhhh!!! Okay now that that is out of my system. I entered the $1mill buy in tourney on the Megaprize. When I am on my 10th spin or so it boots me and when I attempt to log back in it gives the "We appreciate your patience" message for maintenance. I haven't messaged them for support obviously, but I intend to. I was just wondering if anyone else has had this happen? A bit frustrating, to say the least. I just bought a chip package and chips are a bit more precious when you buy them! Okay, good luck all when it comes back up!

Normally in that type of situation they can research on their end and see that you were not able to finish the tournament (specially in this case when they shut down for a upgrade) and WILL refund the amount of the buy in back to your account if you have to contact them about it!!! ;)

Just an FYI for anyone worried about DDC being fair in returning lost chips. It was a couple of hours and DDC had refunded my entry fee in full.

I just wanted to post about my experience because I see so many that complain about how unfair DDC is. And under most circumstances that isn't the case.

That's true & THANKS for sharing your experience!! For the most part when it's a error on their part, like yesterday when THEY put the site down for maintenance, they are pretty good at giving credit where credit is due.. ;)

Now on all those "MISSING daily SPINS/GIFTS/FRIEND BONUS issues, well those we just have to suck it up & take the loss. Because that's all part of playing a "FLASH PLAYER" game, there will be glitches here & there.. But even with the glitches, it's still my ALL TIME FAV CASINO GAME.. :D
