This is frightening!!

I was playing Siberian Storm and my screen froze. When I refreshed I'm showing a balance of -735,011,854. I sent a msg to customer service but if they tell me that somehow this is correct I will not be playing anymore. There is no way I will reimburse that. I know it's an error but it sure has me not playing for now. Anyone ever had an issue like this??

Happened to one of my accounts once, when I turned the gift spin the next day, my credit magically "restored"

Yes, I have and when I logged out and back in it was correct. They should correct it if it doesn't do it on its own. Good luck!

I tried logging off and getting back on and it's still there. I'm sure it will self-correct or customer service will fix it. they have been very good to me when I've had past issues.

i has happened to me for the last five days, i have 44 million chips missing and i cant get them to give them back, they refunded 5 million out of that, they are saying the issue was addressed, i am so tired of ddc, i had a negative balance when my free spins showed up this morning again, and yesterday i had -29million all day long, so good luck hun getting it fixed

Jenna I also had this happen when I logged out and logged back in it was fixed

Mine was never fixed and they just took my credits. That is theft to me because I paid for my chips.
