i can't get in to the bingo games.

I go to the bingo site and I buy my cards and it says current game will be end in so many minutes, then it takes my money but no cards appear and I can't play. it repeats over again and still can't play. please help me get back in the game. I would appreciate not losing my points I lost more today than I made with all promos for the day 1 m+250k=winnings at the wheel. any help would be appreciated.,
