You need to contact double down support by clicking the "NEED HELP" link on bottom right hand of game screen.

they got back to me within 11/2 hrs. "...after a thorough review of your chip log,I see that you lost 6075 chips. " far cry from my 3 mil.

i have 44 million missing and they replaced 5 milliion of them i am mad, just not sure what to do about it yet. we need to start a support group for people who have thier chips missing.

I am having the same problem...its happened three days in a row...ugh, I'm so frustrated. They haven't given me any chips back though

Same thing happened to me today. So annoying, this isn't the first time chips have gone missing. Last time they refunded 160,000 of the 4 million. Aargh! Also I almost never get the daily bonus!

THEY NEVER REPAY WHAT THEY TAKE FROM YOU,its alway an excuse, i have not got my 35 million back an i guess i wont but i send a report every day and every day they reply and close it, but i keep sending one, i figure give them some grieve back after what they put me thru, it sucks not to have any thing to play on knowing you had 44 million chips sitting there that they stole from you and wont give back
