We simply cannot allow people to speak negative about double down casino and encourage others not to play, or not to purchase chip packages based on another players opinion. This place was created for FANS of the game. If you do not like how double down casino runs use their support portals, that is what they are there for.

Posting negative comments on our fan site and fan facebook page does nothing productive for the game and we simply do not allow that. This community is run with some copyright material under a fair use policy. If we allowed such libel on our pages Double Down Casino could simply take this domain, site and the facebook page away from us without notice

We built this community so people can have a positive experience, not a negative one. People get frustrated yes and that happens but those posts need to be in respect. If you feel that you want your concerns addressed you will need to contact them directly, not us

We do not forward any messages to double down casino. Yes, they probably do know we exist as we are their biggest fan page but there is no affiliation with us directly or indirectly.

I along with many members of this community feel terrible about the disaster in Oklahoma; it was horriffic, but that does not give you the right to come here and rip on Vamp, Pink, Zelda or any other staff member! This site was created like Vamp said for Fans of DDC; everyone does get frustrated and needs to vent (believe me I've done my share), but to say that he is trying to push people out is totally ridiculous!! You also state about just giving chips and no tips; you took the time to sign up for this forum; have you read any of the topics?? For instance, a bunch of us who usually only play slots and bingo are now learning how to play poker THANKS to videos with audio that Vamp is making!! As far as promo codes-this site works as a community to give out not only the ones from DD but others found by staff and community members! If you only knew the number of people they have helped who received viruses from other scammers you'd understand how valued they are to all of us. I don't mean to be so offensive but I have been a member since pretty much the beginning and I take offense when someone viciously says things without knowing the facts!! Bottom line is-if you don't like how this site is run, I strongly urge you to go somewhere else!
