Gift Spins not registering

I normally do not complain about DDC, it is a game after all. But today I noticed the chips from my gift spins did not apply. I will go in and look at my balance on a slot, because sometimes they are updated in the slot but not up top. So I guess this is actually a tip. If your balance doesn't update on the very top amount, go in to a slot or game and check it there. It will normally be correct there. Have a great day and good luck!

Actually, when I got my gift spin the other day, (the only one I have gotten since the update and it was only $10,000) it did NOT add to my chip total, even when I went into a game. Also, I am not getting ANY gifts at all since the update? What's up with that? lol

I like the new look, but I don't like the lack of gifts or lack of codes.

I have seen so many people have that same problem! If you go to the DDC Facebook page and look at comments on their posts it is crazy. I, personally haven't had that problem but it seems prevalent. I also like the new look, but I do wish they would re-add the new slots they advertised the first day after the update. Not so much Twilight Zone but the Siberian Storm looked awesome! They also have a new one on the mobile version, something about a fair, but I couldn't get a good spin on it at all.

I have had that happen too....I just refresh the page and it's added to my total.
