cannot redeem chips

cannot redeem chips

I received an e-mail stating I had been awarded 250K chips for American Idol Slot today. When I clicked to redeem chips, as directed, message stated I had already redeemed these chips. This happened a few weeks ago when I received a message in my e-mail that I had been awarded 1 million chips because an error had occurred previously, again stating I had already received these chips.
So that makes two separate incidents, both involving my mail, where I am advised of chips being awarded, but am not able to redeem. I'm not sure what/where the problem lies. But I have to tell you, it is terribly disappointing to get that kind of message and not be able to act on it.
Please tell me if there is something I am doing wrong.

I had the same thing happen. When you click on the redeem in your e-mail you will see the link come up and the alphabetical code will be in the link, usually at the end that takes you to the DDC site. When the e-mail redeem fails, I just go into the Buy Chips and put it in manually and get it that way. The last two e-mails I received I could not redeem so used this method.

CdnProf, I think what Dorothie Smith was referring to was different, since she got the "Already Redeemed" message and there is a reason for that…

Which is:

DDC emails those promotions to players at different times, sometimes weeks apart. So when the 1st batch of players receive the email, you can guarantee we've already shared and posted the code here. So if Dorothie already claimed the bonus from our post (prior to receiving her email for the same promotion). Then YES the "Already Redeemed" msg will pop up… ;)
