Double Down and Submitting Contacts

I'm getting so frustrated with Double Down Casino-this is the latest installment in my saga w/them. First of all, I was playing Nightmare slots at 200K a spin; spun 5 moons which should be 5 Million going into bonus round; the game reels starting spinning like crazy-I didn't get the 5 million added to my chips and a message popped up from Double Down stating they were aware of the problem and to contact them. I did and at first they were too busy to handle individual claims, now they are stating that they cannot replicate what happened and that no one else ever had this kind of issue with any of their games so I guess that means SOL for me-NOT!!! I just wrote them back and told them to check this type of site along with others-there have been many others who shared similar stories. Has anyone in this community had anything like this happen to them?? Please post your story so I won't feel so lonely-thanks DD Community!!! :) :) :) :) :) :) :)

i never had a problem with double down yet but I never contacted their staff either. Hopefully they see this site that would be awesome!
