Double Down behavior

Post by DOLLFACE » Tue Jan 22, 2013 8:42 pm

I have held my tongue long enough and at this point just need to vent...I am thoroughly disgusted with the latest behavior of DDC. This game used to be fun and relaxing, now its frustrating and quite frankly, stressful...Some of the KNOW IT ALLS on the app page would say "its for fun, its free, whine whine whine"...yes i am going to whine because it may be a free game but all businesses including free ads, free games, games that cost, etc. all need to have ethics and integrity. DDC is not one of these businesses. The customer service if by far the worst i have ever dealt with... When i submit a complaint, i always get some generic generated message stating the odds of slot machines and that at times the slots seem tight, blah, blah, blah....nobody actually responds to this, they send a generated response just to be able to claim they responded, (which generally takes 2 days). The latest was a recent promise of 75k if enough likes were obtained...NO CHIPS WERE GIVEN!! Now there is an ad for 2x chips, but nobody is getting 2x!! after days of getting measly friend spins of 6k, 7500. and 9k , and not being able to build the chips higher, due to "tight" reels (no bonus games, if there is by chance a bonus game its a ridiculously low payout), i finally broke down and purchased chips! Normally when i am on a losing streak i find that they seemingly are trying to get me to purchase chips, so thinking that if i actually purchase some i could build my bank up, i did, to my dismay it was just a waste of time and money....only 2 bonus rounds and LOWWWW payout, bam, all my money is gone now...i will be DARNED if i purchase anymore chips...DDC needs to ante up and put up some chips...i mean real chips..the newest games are min. bet of 10k, to 15k, to 20k, yet unless you have at least 200k, you may as well not even click on these games because it takes at least 3-5 spins starting out before you hit anything at all..I love the graphics and the life-like slots, i USED to enjoy playing...but at this point if DDC cannot realize that people are frustrated and disgusted, and actually DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT, then i think i will just delete the game, uninstall, and never add DDC back... THis is my rant for the day...i KNOW others feel the same things, I guess they dont care, or they find it amusing that us players are ticked off!!!!!!
BOOOOOO

I have been a volunteer on an online bingo forum for many years and the concerns of the DDC players here bring back many unhappy feelings with me. These online games are here to make money. As long as they are making money our concerns will fall on deaf ears. If the players at DDC want to see a change.... DO NOT PLAY!

There IS power in numbers!! Never doubt it. No online gaming site, whether free or pay, can afford negative feed. The more posts that are done about any subject, good or bad, the more the search engines will bring them up to prospective depositing players when they are looking for a new place to play.

I personally believe that the paying players are the focus of the management of the games. Although I do realize it is mandatory for them to make money, the games should be fair and honest, as if we were actually playing for real money. Regardless of what kind of games we play, free or pay to play, the center of ANY online gaming site is their customer service. They work for us .... right?

I have also worked customer service at an online bingo site. There are scripts for the "canned answers" that, more than any other emotion, leave the one submitting the complaint, ticked off. The more we publicly show how outraged we are by the shabby treatment of customer service at any given site, the more they will have to listen. I respect this forum and what they have done and are doing to to try to help players gain a contentment at DDC. I will follow the rules and not trash them.

There are many ways to get your point across without being offensive.

Not real sure if you thought I was being offensive or if you are just in general stating that. I thought i was being tasteful, however truthful. No real way to sugar coat when you are disgusted with a company and you tried to resolve matters quitely and respectfully, but was ignored or not acknowledged for your complaint.

I agree with Dollface. The one time I did get an answer from DDC they said that they run their site just like a real casino, but I fell that if you get ahead that you are targeted to lose so you might buy more chips to lose. :?
