Email sent to Double Down Support team

Post by Vamp » Tue Mar 05, 2013 11:12 am

Greetings, we understand your concern about not getting promotion codes, and the intermittent issues with the current promotion codes so we went ahead and emailed their support team again to see if we get a better answer. The email we sent is below:

We wrote your team 3 days ago in regards to intermittent issues with promotion codes. Refer to case ID: 16049-xxxxxx

In the reply I was informed that codes work on some sites, and do not work on others. I understand that you may have some enhanced security features enabled where you monitor the http referrer to stop the prevalent scamming. However, the response was not adequate for my concern. The issue seems to be intermittent with your clients. Some people can use the promotion code links, others cannot. After 3 failed attempts at a response and over 72 hours later I am attempting this approach.

Doubledowncodes.com was created in good faith to help stamp out all the scam fan and app pages that take advantage of how popular your game is. We offer a safe environment for your clients to discuss all things double down casino, and to share your promotion codes when generated. In the two months we have been live the amount of scam sites have dropped considerably and we have built a huge fan base of over 8000 members.

We have tried to join your commission junction offer as well and our offer was never approved or declined so we just left it as sharing the promotion codes that you used to offer on a daily or bi-daily basis.

Going the email route, we are hoping that we get more of a less-generic response to our concerns and if applicable become a partner of sharing codes to your clients. Some of your clients can click our links not an issue and the promotion codes are given to their accounts, other times they get an error:

Sorry The promomotional link is invalid for this origin.

Ignoring the spelling mistake of promotional, we were wondering what was causing this intermittent issue. If you are filtering by http_referrer we would like not to be included on your black list, and if possible to be given promotion codes for your clients to encourage people to play your games. It has been almost a week and no codes were generated after your 2x chip sale.

Thanks for your time, and looking forward to a response.
Regards,
Double Down Codes Management

So basically we have to wait patiently for any results, how much longer do we have to wait?

I dont know if it helps - but I have noticed a lot of the time if a link doesn't work - I take the code in the link and goto doubledowncasino.com instead of facebook - I would say I have had a 90% success rate on valid codes that give me that error via the links.. Please have a go and let me know if I am just getting lucky...
