Gift wheel

I ask last week about gift wheel not working for me at all. Now I can get gifts but won't let me send back gifts. I wonder what is the problem.

But if you want a direct answer to your question you will need to contact DDC support, since we are players just like you and can not tell you what the problem may be!! Sorry...

I have contacted dd several times about gift problem . I can get gifts from 1 friend and not the other 2. I can't return gift at all. They say they are working on problem. I would think it would be an easy fix. I tried everything they suggested on my end and still same problem. My friends miss their gifts.

There is NO post button for all forums?? and codes get posted as soon as they become available from DDC, but there is no ETA or a guarantee for daily codes.. So you just have to check back often..

Thank you so much for taking the time to respond and I what I meant to say was how do I post a message on any particular forum? I found a way to ask someone by replying to their messages even though they are not related. Thanks again and thank you for all your codes. AL.

Guess I will be spending time playing other games since no repairs being done for me on the Gift wheel. I guess their programmers are having a hard time making it work again. Two of my friends having same problem with gift wheel not working. Anyone else having this problem over the last 2 weeks.

Haven't had any problems with the gift wheel lately.. I also checked my husbands & daughters account, and all is good there too.. So play your others games in the mean time & maybe they'll get the issue resolved soon..
P.S. try a different browser and make sure your flash player is update. Also empty the stored files from your flash player as well and see if that helps..

Not to diminish you having problems with the gift wheel but as far as I am concerned you are not missing a great deal. The reason for that (in my case) is because there are 1,2,5 million amounts that I have never ever gotten. It always lands on the 4,15, 20 thousand amounts..Sometimes a friend signs up and I get the million but it does not last that long either. So, hope the wheel starts working for you but its probably something with your computer and not the DDC games. Just a guess...
