I usually play the game on my regular Kindle (not HD). I get frustrated when it takes a long time to load up, only to have the program shut down in the middle of plan and take me back to my carousel view. When I get a bonus, sometimes the game will freeze up, and again take me to the carousel. If I really want to play, I end up going to my desktop unit in my home office and play with no problems. This evening, when in the middle of a bonus on Skyrocket, the program closed down. Once I got back on, the system thought I was a brand new player, and I was worried that my 10 million+ chips had disappeared. fortunately when I logged on to my desk computer, all was well, and took me back through the bonus.
Is anyone else having these problems? I tried to play the game on my phone, and that unit also treated me as a brand new player. This is frustrating, as I am not going to go to a better, higher-priced tablet to play this fun game. I am pretty computer literate and have some networking ability, so I tried to find the issue within the Kindle to no avail--need some help please!!
