I stopped playing DDC for almost a year due to work/home life time management lol, when I came back to start playing again about a month ago I went to start cashing in on all the codes I had missed while I hadn't been playing (ones that were still active that is).
This is when I noticed that when i clicked on the "Buy Chips" button it would bring up the popup for purchasing chips and bought up the code box (thank god!) but would not and still has not shown or bought up and packages that I could purchase..... (just shows "loading, please wait...")
So I then thought "hmmm i will install the iphone app again and play and try that way", much to my dismay it does/has the same problem there as well! (also on a side note I noticed they removed the code box from the mobile app....... DAMN! there goes doubling your chips by entering the codes on the mobile device first then doing so again online lol)
Now before you think "clear cache etc and try again" I have done all of that, I have logged into both the mobile app and various web browsers with friends accounts and they do not have this issue and can purchase chips. It is ONLY my account that has this issue so therefor it is a server side issue specifically with my account.
Now as much as I do not like buying chips I do so occasionally from time to time and this is frustrating to say the least, so I then sent off a complaint/tech support form. I have looked at the source code with "developer tools" in chrome and isolated the error which occurs when opening the "Buy Chips" popup and there seemed to be an issue with their html coding or their ssl certs etc. Anyway I sent them all the info and details and about a week ago they advised me that they sent the report/info to their "tech support" team and I have not heard anything back since.
So has anyone else come across this sort of issue? any ideas?
